Your reserved camping pitch will be ready for you on the day of your arrival from 12:00, and will have to be left on the day of your departure before 12:00.

Your reserved caravan or bungalow will be ready for you on the day of your arrival from 16:00, and will have to be left on the day of your departure before 12:00.

On the day of your departure, the caravan or bungalow must be left clean and in good order. You will find all of the necessary cleaning products inside your caravan or bungalow. You may also use the vacuum cleaner.

Any inventory that is either broken or damaged must be replaced. You may replace it yourself by buying a replacement product, or we can charge you for the damages. Any damages must be paid for in cash on your day of departure. You will be handed an invoice which you can then present to your travel insurance agency.

Your costs from the bar, extra nights, tourism tax, etc. can only be paid in cash on the day of your departure. We do not have pin, and we do not accept checks or bank money transfers that aren’t immediately transferred to our account on the moment of your departure.

Your dog is free to stay on one of the separate camping pitches, but not inside any of the caravans or bungalows. When on the campground, your dog must be leashed at all times and is expected to not disturb the peace and quiet. Owners must remain in the direct vicinity of their pets at all times.

All of our guests are expected to remain quiet from 23:00 to 07:00.

Cancelling costs:

Up to two months prior to the start of the rental period: 25% of the total amount.

Between two months and two weeks prior to the start of the rental period: 50% of the total amount.

Within two weeks prior to the start of the rental period: the total amount.
